About the role
Benefact Group, are looking for a HR Internship to join our Gloucester office.
We are offering an exciting paid placement year opportunity for a university student to join our HR Team for 12 months.
This role will provide hands-on experience in various areas of Human Resources, including Learning and Development, Recruitment, HR Business Partnering, HR Operations and Reward.
The successful candidate will gain valuable insights into the different functions within HR and have the chance to make meaningful contributions to our team.

Key responsibilities
* Learning and Development (L&D): Assist in the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programmes. Support the coordination of learning initiatives, general L&D queries and track employee personal development.
* Recruitment: Participate in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
* HR Business Partnering: Work closely with HR Business Partners to support various business units. Assist in caseloads and HR queries.
* HR Operations: Provide support for HR processes, analytics, systems and payroll.
* Reward: Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs. Support the analysis of reward data and contribute to the development of reward strategies.
Knowledge, skills and experience
* Currently enrolled in a university degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proactive and eager to learn.
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
