Location: Cirencester Office Workplace Type: Hybrid Employment Type: 15 month Fixed-Term Contract Seniority: Associate We are seeking a skilled Reward Analyst to support the Head of Reward in delivering the company’s total reward strategy across SJP and its Group Companies. This key role involves managing cyclical reward activities and contributing to reward projects that drive the total reward offering at SJP. The Reward Analyst will be responsible for maintaining compensation and grading structures, conducting fixed and variable pay analyses, remuneration reviews, and benchmarking. In addition, you will be responsible for job evaluations and assist with regulatory reward reporting and analytics, ensuring the company remains competitive and compliant. You'll work closely with managers, HR Business Partners, and external providers to communicate key reward messages and support SJP’s culture and objectives. What you'll be doing: Support the annual remuneration review process, including salary reviews, bonus allocations, and share distribution. Assist with updates to the annual bonus schemes and manage reward regulatory reporting and analytics. Conduct benchmarking and job evaluations using Willis Towers Watson tools. Manage reward systems, including data analysis, monitoring, and query resolution. Contribute to the evolution of reward frameworks, including job architecture and grading. Collaborate on total reward projects and continuous improvement initiatives using market insights and best practices. Provide support during peak periods on benefits, pensions, and share-related activities. Who we're looking for: In depth understanding of reward structures, remuneration reviews, fixed/variable pay, benchmarking, job evaluation, and relevant systems and processes is essential. Strong ability to analyse sophisticated data, spot trends, and propose informed reward solutions. Advanced knowledge of Excel and other reward technologies. Knowledge of PayScale, Business World and Willis Towers Watson is desirable but not essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, maintaining confidentiality when required. Broad understanding of HR policies and reward regulations, with knowledge of financial services and competitive reward schemes in the market. Ability to evaluate information from multiple sources to recommend effective solutions. Why Join Us?
