Senior Early Years Educator (Room Manager/Leader)
* Tiny Tots Nursery School by Storal
* Full Time, 40 Hours per week, Monday to Friday
Inside a walled garden and converted farmhouse you'll find Tiny Tots Nursery School, loved by the community of Basingstoke. We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Senior Early Years Educator (Room Manager/Leader) who will work in partnership with the educator and management team to ensure the successful running of the nursery.

About the job:
* Encourage a love of learning through high quality teaching under the EYFS framework
* Ensure all children are kept safe and have rich stimulating experiences
* Build relationships with the team to create an inspiring working environment
* Lead, motivate and inspire the educator team and complete appraisals
* Identify areas of change and implement learning and teaching objectives
About you:
* Level 3 or above qualification within early years
* Minimum of 6 months experience as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner) or with children under the age of 5
* Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
* Reflect Storal values around responsibility, openness and working together
