Who we are looking for… We are looking for a compassionate and motivated individual with experience or awareness of social care, healthcare, or the voluntary sector. You should have a Level 3 qualification in Care (or be willing to work towards one) and strong communication skills to collaborate with customers, carers, and stakeholders. A proactive approach to risk management, moving and handling, and health and safety is essential, along with the ability to plan workloads, meet deadlines, and use IT effectively. Most importantly, you should be committed to promoting independence, influencing positive change, and ensuring high-quality, person-centred care.
