Job Overview
The Governing Body of St. Joseph’s Catholic Infant School, Port Talbot wishes to appoint an excellent and highly committed Teaching Assistant Level 2, who is sympathetic to the Catholic Ethos of the school, to join our skilled team of staff.
Responsibilities
1. Work with groups of children as part of a team of teaching assistants across the Foundation Phase.
2. Support strategies aimed at maximizing learner outcomes.
3. Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members.
4. Motivate learners to succeed by being caring, flexible, and approachable.
5. Take responsibility and be reliable in all tasks.
