Our client, a leading provider of safe and sustainable access solutions, is seeking an experienced Installation Project Manager to oversee installation activities from project inception to completion. Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and safe delivery.
2. Oversee site activities, ensuring safety, environmental, and quality standards are met.
3. Provide technical and financial support to estimators for accurate tender submissions.
4. Lead health and safety procedures, risk assessments, and method statements for installation.
5. Monitor subcontractor performance and maintain necessary records for service operations.
6. Manage and review project timelines and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
2. Excellent time management, communication, and people skills.
3. Proactive, with a desire for professional growth and expanding responsibilities.
4. Previous experience in managing site activities, ensuring safety, cost, and programme compliance.
5. Full Clean UK Driving Licence.
