The role
This is a key role within the B2B Marketing function at Bupa. The successful candidate will work closely with the Corporate Senior Marketing Manager to deliver market leading propositional launches and go to market campaign strategies. The objective is to drive brand perception and continue to establish Bupa as the market leading private healthcare provider in the corporate sector.
You’ll help us make health happen by
1. Leading the development and go to market plans for our quarterly campaigns and proposition launches, working closely with key stakeholders such as New Proposition Development, Studio, Digital and Health content.
2. Developing and delivering clear campaign briefs to our creative, media and content agencies and our front-line stakeholders.
3. Thinking creatively to develop key campaign content with our creative, media and content agencies, to drive brand perception and position us as the market leading healthcare brand at Bupa within the Corporate segment.
4. Driving amplification of our content across key channels including email, display, social, web and events.
5. Driving engagement objectives through the amplification of our campaign content across key media partners, working closely with other B2B segment teams including Intermediary, SME and Specialist Business.
6. Ensuring that campaigns are effectively tracked and measured with learnings applied to enhance future performance.
7. Developing strong working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure we have buy-in from all appropriate business areas including sales, product, propositions and compliance.
8. Supporting other team members in the development and delivery of key projects and campaigns including our Health Horizons event amplification and Awards submissions.
9. Working with the corporate account managers to deliver on key client requests and ensure that relevant materials are included on our account management engagement (The Blueprint) hub.
10. Implementing a digital adoption strategy to help drive downloads of the My Bupa app and support the Blua engagement within the corporate sector and across B2B as a whole.
11. Implementing an understanding of regulatory requirements to ensure that all of our communications are fair, accurate and not misleading, following copy clearance, legal, product, compliance and brand guidelines.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role
1. Educated to degree level, or equivalent.
2. Previous marketing experience within B2B and/or healthcare or financial services is desirable.
3. Good organisational and project management skills.
4. Experience of working with external agencies.
5. Track record of demonstrating good customer outcomes.
6. Solid commercial awareness and ability to demonstrate performance.
7. Strong communication and presentation skills.
