We are searching for an energetic and engaging Sales Coordinator to join our Sales team. Based at our UK Headquarters in Cambridge where we design and manufacture our products, the Sales Coordinator will support our international sales team, partners and customers.
As an International Sales Coordinator, you will be the key link between Adder and its EMEA partners and OEM customers. Your mission will be to deliver exceptional customer service while identifying and capitalising on sales opportunities. From processing orders and handling inbound inquiries to managing professional service renewals, your proactive approach will contribute directly to our business growth.
You’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and maintain accurate ERP and CRM records. This dynamic role also involves coordinating export documentation, distributor performance reporting, and hosting visitors.
Success in this position requires building strong relationships, both internally and externally, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Skills & experience
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with:
* Proven sales administration experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
* Strong communication skills with a confident, friendly telephone manner.
* A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* The ability to prioritise, multitask, and thrive under pressure.
* Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and ERP/CRM systems is essential.
* Familiarity with export processes or experience in the IT/technology sector is advantageous.
