MiNightVet Nottingham (Priory)
MiNightVet Nottingham is seeking an Out of Hours (OOH) Veterinary Surgeon who has a passion for Emergency & Critical Care. This role would be perfect for a Vet looking for a better work/life balance or a new challenge. The ideal candidate will work 1 week of nights every 6 weeks. We can also look at combining our weekend day OOH role with part of the OOH night role to offer an opportunity for flexible working. Tell us what works for you, and we'll do our very best to make it happen!
You will be joining a well-equipped 2 site practice based in Nottingham, which has access to a varied and interesting caseload with a range of modern equipment! Our OOH vets are supported by an RVN whilst on duty and have the support of our wider group too. Our MiNightVet service further complements our fantastic day team. We pride ourselves on high standards of care and are looking for likeminded vets who share these same principles.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced and motivated Vet, who is confident with non-routine surgical emergency procedures and can work sole charge providing our clients' pets with the best possible care. You will enjoy the benefits of working as part of a bigger group, which means we can offer a competitive salary and benefits package. Relocation packages considered for anyone moving to the area.
The details of the role include an annualised contract, with annual leave included in the salary package of £54k - £77k pro rata, depending on experience, structured support and development of clinical skills with the potential for support in gaining a fully funded certificate in ECC, Sharesave scheme, RCVS and VDS fees covered, pension scheme, employee assistance programme, and discounts on pet treatments and products.
If you have the clinical experience and want to be part of a fantastic and dedicated night team that will focus on gold standard patient and client care, we'd love to hear from you!
