The expansion of the Engineering Department means we are now looking to recruit new Project Scheduler in Visé (BE), Sokfja Loka (SLO) or St Helens (UK) and reporting to the Head of Project Management.

As Project Scheduler, you'd be developing a comprehensive schedule that aligns with the different stakeholders' imperatives. Additionally, you will generate monthly site activity forecasts using cost reports, ensuring accurate integration into the project forecast for enhanced engineering project control.
What you’ll be doing:
* Develop and maintain various project schedules to ensure successful project execution, including:
o High-Level Milestone Schedule
o Procurement Schedule
o Design Schedule
o Equipment Installation Milestone Schedule
o Construction Schedule
o Commissioning Schedule
* Regularly update and manage these schedules for multiple ongoing projects to reflect current project status and progress.
* Coordinate with project teams to ensure all schedules are aligned with project goals and timelines.
What we’d love for you to have:
We are interested in you as a person: your attitude, behaviours and values. As long as you have the willingness to learn anything you need for the role that you don't already have, we'd love to speak to you.
If you have experience in the following areas – this is an added advantage:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in electromechanics, construction, civil engineering or any other relevant field of expertise
* Experience of 4 to 5 years working on international industrial project scheduling, and follow-up
* Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera or any other project management tool
* Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
* Willing to travel: 15-20% (from 2-3 days to one week maximum)
