Description Reporting to the product line repair manager the repair planning supervisor is responsible for supporting the schedule of our service, vendor repair and our assembly activities to achieve on time delivery to our customers. Working close with all departments and vendors to ensure a smooth flow process. Schedule with the workshop and planning office to prioritize activities to ensure OTD. Duties and Responsibilities: Work closely with customers and sales group to determine new options / initiatives that will generate business for the repair group, this will involve frequent client meetings offsite locally and occasionally overseas within the UK Repair operating region. Project manage any jobs that have multiple items of equipment in for repair related to the same client or rig out of service period. Act as the single point contact for designated client / customer and build a great working relationship to ensure NOV is their preferred supplier for repair work. Work closely with the technical planner to generate CPA,s and quotations that fit the customers need. Review purchase orders on receipt, complete the contract review process and generate a repair workscope / quality plan Track all enquiries for quotations upon customer contact and equipment arrival Regular contact with customers throughout the repair process updating them on schedule progress, running costs and resolving any technical issues in a timely manner. Carry out credit limit checks through the Global Compliance System Facilitate solutions regarding client complaints and other issues Work closely with department managers on updating projects for customer requirements Maintain the NOV ERP System (Glovia / Omega) throughout the repair workflow. Ensure deadlines and the conclusion of repair work is achieved within the target timeframe Revise and adjust quotes as required throughout the project and discuss any variation orders with the client confidently. Identify potential improvement opportunities within the applicable systems and work with relevant departments to solve the issues Liaise with customer and IVB about approved ITP/Quality Plans to ensure the pre-defined scope of work is reviewed and approved by all parties Pursue continuous improvement in your own activities and operations Qualifications: GCSE Level 3 or above relevant business qualifications or equivalent (Essential) HNC/HND business related subject (Desirable) Experience: Experience in a similar position (Essential) Working knowledge of Oil and Gas Industry (Desirable) Skills, training or special knowledge: Computer literacy (including good command of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) (Essential) What We Offer: Health & Wellbeing: 30 days holiday plus 4 bank holidays Private Medical Insurance Employee Assistance Programme Finance & Protection: Pension plan Income protection Life assurance Personal accident coverage
