Working as part of a HR Team reporting into the Head of HR you will be working in a fast paced business growing and evolving by acquisition including, Complex ER casework, redundancy, restructure, TUPE, lead of HR projects, Stakeholder Management Client Details A well know brand providing services across the UK and Ireland. Description Develop and implement HR strategies that are aligned with business objectives Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues Lead on redundancy, restructure, TUPE Lead and deliver on HR projects HR policies, procedures, handbooks Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention Provide day-to-day performance management guidance Collaborate with colleagues in the HR department to monitor, review, and update all HR policies in accordance with current legislationProfile A successful HR Business Partner should have: A degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management -desirable Have managed complex ER casework Led on redundancy, restructure, TUPE Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsJob Offer An estimated salary range of £45,000 - £50,000 (GBP) Generous holiday leave of 26 days plus bank holidays An 8% pension contribution Free parking for all employees Group Income protection Death in Service benefitWe are looking for a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team in Leeds.
