This role will be a project manager role which will assist the growth of client onboarding service globally. There will be a focus on European Client Onboarding, The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects all of which are centered around building the best in class client onboarding service for internal and external stakeholders. This role is not limited to project management, elements of business analysis, documentation support will be required. What you’ll be doing Lead multiple U.S and European Client Onboarding projects to a successful conclusion. Responsible for working with stakeholders, business users and technical teams to deliver on project objectives Identify required functionality along with opportunities to improve processes and user experience. Create appropriate user guide / training / procedure / job-aid documentation Provide subject matter expertise throughout the project life cycle The ideal background for this role: 5 years of project Management experience 5 years of financial services experience Private Equity experience Experience with data integration and mapping (e.g. ETL, ELT, etc.) a plus Extensive Microsoft Office skills - Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to learn on-the-job quickly, apply learning to recommend solutions to issues Ability to quickly adapt to changes in prioritization, processes and procedures Superior problem solving, judgement and decision-making skills Ability to think independently, prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines Knowledge of SDLC and familiarity with Agile software development concepts Prior experience with process improvement Ability to own initiatives and work in a matrix-based organization Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills Unique role requirements The candidate must be open and available to travel Languages a plus, French, German 8 years of client onboarding experience in Fund Administration a plus Role Location/Hybrid Schedule This role is based in our Southampton office. Although the nature of most of the roles within Gen II cannot be classed as totally flexible, there is scope in some cases for a form of Agile Working. The different ways in which Agile Working can be undertaken is dependent on the demands and needs of the business, the office space available and the individual’s preferences and circumstances.
