Job Title: Account Specialist - Respiratory
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Specialist to join our team, supporting our client's Respiratory Portfolio in Lanarkshire.
Your role will be to act as the single point of contact for customers, working in partnership to create solutions that meet their needs. You will promote our Respiratory Portfolio, increasing company revenues in accordance with the UK marketing plan and locally developed customer plans.
Key Customers & Target Accounts:
* GPs, Practice Based Nurses, Practiced Based Pharmacy, Health Care Assistants, and other relevant decision makers.
* GP Practices
* Primary Care Networks/Practice Clusters
Responsibilities & Role Requirements:
* Act as a single point of contact for customers, guiding them to key functions such as education, medical support, co-creation partnerships, and value-added opportunities.
* Ambassador for Voice of the Customer (listen, learn, and act by responding to customer needs and feedback).
* Develop account plans for target PCNs, practice clusters, and individual practices.
* Establish strong customer partnerships, enabling us to be a respiratory partner of choice.
* Pioneer both digital and face-to-face interactions, leveraging new technology and platforms using customer insights.
* Empathize with customers, recognizing their challenges, and work to support co-created solutions.
* Deliver key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales, NPS, project delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile:
* Hold ABPI examination or be working towards it.
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of the NHS and customer priorities.
* Show a track record of delivering consistent sales results in line with set targets.
* Utilize effective planning skills through Key Account Management techniques.
* Apply business planning skills, including producing business proposals/cases as required.
* Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, developing long-term relationships across key customer groups.
* Demonstrate critical reasoning skills, interpreting and utilizing available data sources to enhance customer planning.
* Demonstrate an affinity for digital media.
