Transport AdministratorPertemps are currently recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join a transportation company based in Basingstoke. This is a temporary ongoing position.Responsibilities:- Planning routes for drivers- Debriefing with drivers before and after journeys- Assisting with the team tasks ensuring the day to day shift runs smoothly- Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed- Handle day to day queries from drivers, customers, and other internal departments- Tachograph control in line with legal requirements- Supporting with duties in issuing paperwork, fuel card, keys etc- To assist department in taking all drivers phone queries and logging callsRequirements- Experience within a similar transport role- Excellent telephone manner- Proficient with Microsoft Packages- Ability to work under pressure- Available immediately- Excellent organisational skillsThe Transport Administrator Role:- This role is working Monday until Friday and every other Saturday- Temp ongoing position- Salary is negotiable- Must be available ASAPIf you are interested in this Transport Administrator position, please apply below with an up to date CV or get in touch with Amy at Pertemps.
