This individual will play a crucial role in developing and implementing digital solutions that empower both Sales Reps, Medical Reps, Key Account Managers (KAMs), and Marketing teams to drive performance and enhance the customer experience for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). Collaborate with global tech, regional commercial, marketing, sales and marketing excellence, Therapy Areas and Tech teams to form the comprehensive digital solutions strategy and drive its execution across the region as well as adoptions. Prioritize the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics, to drive data-driven decisions and optimize sales and marketing performance. Strategize how to use and integrate various digital channels for F2F, Digital and Social engagement with HCPs Continuously monitor customer feedback and use data analytics to drive improvements in digital engagement tools, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of HCPs. Leverage data analytics to provide AI-driven insights that enhance both sales force effectiveness and marketing campaign performance, using tools such as Salesforce, Veeva and other data analytics tools and platforms. Enable sales teams and marketers to leverage data and AI tools to optimize their daily operations, improve customer interactions, and make more informed, real-time decisions. Drive the integration of AI-driven insights into marketing automation tools and CRM systems to ensure teams can create personalized, high-impact customer journeys and improve lead scoring, content targeting, tailored outreach, and campaign effectiveness. Design and implement technology solutions that enable the sales force to track and measure their performance, while providing marketing teams with insights that enhance campaign execution and content personalization. Change Management & Training Lead change management efforts in partnership with business stakeholder as new data-driven digital technologies are rolled out, ensuring smooth adoption by sales and marketing teams. Provide ongoing support for teams to ensure they can leverage tools effectively to improve performance and achieve business objectives. Establish key metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital solutions, focusing on how digital solutions and data-driven insights are improving sales performance, marketing campaign outcomes, and overall customer experience. Basic Qualifications & Skills: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent experience Strong experience in technology management, digital transformation, or commercial operations in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Proven track record of defining and executing technology strategy at regional/global scale. Strong experience working with sales teams, CRM systems (Salesforce, Veeva, etc.), digital sales enablement tools, marketing tools, digital channels and social media. Knowledge of using AI, data analytics, and emerging digital technologies to drive sales & marketing effectiveness. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams. Highly analytical, self-starter and results-driven Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Please note the following skills are not necessary, just preferred, if you do not have them, please still apply: Post-graduate degree in Technology, or Sales and Marketing Strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales models and the specific challenges of engaging HCPs/customers. Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and change management practices. Knowledge in the usage of CRM and Field Automation Apps.
