To do this, you will work alongside your squad, our user experience team and stakeholders across the business. Together, your digital products will give our customers a brilliant online experience. This role will sit within our Grocery Home Shopping Fulfil & Serve Product team, and will be responsible for our Customer Service Systems – or in other words, responsible for the technology that powers Customer Service Communications and Contact Centre Systems for Asda Grocery Home Shopping customers. It is a critical time for digital at Asda. We are making a massive move from legacy systems to a best-in-class retail tech stack - a critical and exciting mission. You will join a dedicated community of over 40 e-commerce product managers, within the wider digital product & UX team. Together, they support and encourage each other to make great stuff happen for our business and customers. What does the role involve? Manage the core product from ideation, discovery, design and development, to release including: · New feature development · Prioritise opportunities in line with our product strategy · Use data to make sure we work on what brings most value to our customers and Asda · Find and assess problems to solve, rather than only document stakeholder requirements · Collaborate with UX designers to create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes · Collaborate with Integrations and Solutions Architects to ensure technical designs meet customer, user and business needs · Provide direction for multi-disciplined squads on scope and detailed requirements · Work with engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of features and enhancements · Build stakeholder partnerships to align goals, objectives, and vision · Ensure the continuous improvement of the user experience through user research · Always champion the voice of the customer · Use data, market and technology trends, and user insights to tell compelling stories · Manage and prioritise the team's feature backlog to ensure focus on key objectives · Ensure continuous improvement of our processes by partnering with your product colleagues “ Let's find out about you” You will already: Have a passion for technology and understanding of how to use it to: Disrupt competitive markets Deliver outstanding experiences for customers Drive business results Be comfortable challenging the status quo and thinking beyond the norm Be at ease with ambiguity, able to act with confidence on your own Hold a relevant qualification or experience in product management Experience of Customer Service and Comms Digital Products may be beneficial in this role, but if not, upskilling will be provided. “ Find your everything at Asda” - bringing brighter living within everyone's reach.
