Job Description:
An Estates Maintenance Assistant (Water Systems) is required to assist with planned and reactive maintenance, predominately on the water systems of a wide range of buildings, plant and equipment, including assisting other Maintenance Craftspersons.
The post will be based at Royal Cornhill Hospital, Aberdeen. The area of responsibility for the post covers Royal Cornhill Hospital and Aberdeen City.
Applicants must have a basic understanding/training in water system maintenance with experience in engineering maintenance and working on a variety of engineering plant and equipment, preferably within a healthcare environment.
Applicants should have experience and awareness of H&S responsibilities. Applicants must also be flexible, adaptable, and self-motivated.
Applicants must possess a current, full, driving licence.
Salary is a Band 3 level (£26,869 to £28,998).
