Job summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Care Navigator to join our team. We have a position available to work 29 hours per week and you will work between our Fulwood and Ingol sites, Monday to Friday (Thursday day off). You will be required to cover holidays and sickness at short notice and be as flexible as possible. You will be passionate about maintaining high quality and effective customer/patient services. Experience working within General Practice is advantageous but not a prerequisite of the post as full training will be given and you will be working alongside experienced and supportive colleagues.
