Seeking a highly motivated Payroll Advisor to join a friendly and professional team for an initial 3-month contract. You’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality, accurate, and timely payroll and HR services — servicing a payroll of over 1,400 employees. Key Responsibilities: Provide responsive payroll and HR transactional support. Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance with HMRC and pension regulations. Support system improvements and help streamline service delivery. Handle invoicing and assist with BACS payments. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders. What We’re Looking For: Experience in payroll and HR administration, preferably in a shared service environment Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Confident communicator with great customer service skills. Comfortable working with large payroll volumes and tight deadlines.
