REED Business Support Bath is delighted to be working with a firm based in Trowbridge, in the search for a Temporary PART-TIME Administrator. This role is to start ASAP and will be ongoing to help out during a very busy period. Your working hours will be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – 9am – 5.30pm. £11.44 - £12.00 - depending on experience The successful Temporary Administrator will have a background in Administration and possess excellent IT skills, in particular the ability to pick up and run with lots of paperwork and ‘phone calls. Typical duties include: Being first port of call for all incoming enquiries Taking messages efficiently and passing on to members of the team Supporting and working closely with the manager to ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely fashion Liaising with customers face to face and on the ‘phone General administrative support The ideal candidate should have: Strong attention to detail Excellent knowledge of MS Office Good presentation of letters and documentation Be able to multi-task and work with various systems Be polite and friendly with an excellent telephone manner Ability to deal with customers and other contacts If you would like to hear more about this new role please email me at with your up to date cv and click ‘apply’
