The Role: NVS Assistant Administrative Support For this role you will need strong interpersonal skills. An ability to work within a team, plan and manage work activities, communicate and prioritise workloads. Your Responsibilities You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the internal communications of NVS events via the Social Media outlets. You will prepare all risk assessment forms prior to the date of events. You will maintain the master lists which record the date of each event and the numbers attending You will maintain the master list of all speakers and the weekly talks. You will manage the editing of any video coverage of NVS talks before publication. In this role you will support the Administrative Assistant with other duties as required. You will attend the activity groups as required. Some evenings and weekends may be required. About you: In order to succeed in this role, you will join us with: You will be able to demonstrable experience in the use of Microsoft, Excel and Office, be competent on Social Media platforms and have experience of working with primary age children up to age of 10 yrs. Qualifications: It will help if you have experience of work in the children's sector, administrative and office experience, and hold relevant qualifications at Level 2.
