About this role
You will run a pilot of our Let Zero retrofit service until September 2025. Success in this project will allow us to launch the Let Zero service under your management within an independent organisation.
You will be part of Pure Leapfrog’s Buildings and Retrofit team, contributing to Let Zero, a South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority led, Innovate UK Government Funded innovation project looking to address the issue of poor housing conditions in the Private Rented Sector, including damp and mould and high energy bills and carbon emissions.
Pure Leapfrog is responsible for developing, piloting and commercialising a One Stop Shop service called Let Zero within this multi-partner project. We will seek partnerships with local authorities in South Yorkshire and beyond, to set up services to serve the retrofit needs of the private rented sector.
After the Let Zero project, success in this role would increasingly depend on supporting the work of others in the Let Zero team as we grow according to our business plan. Retrofit coordination duties will need to be delegated to others.
