We are seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Customer Service Advisor in York.
Description
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be working with customers to handle their enquiries in relation to their insurance services. You will be handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls supporting customers who wish to make a claim on their policy, providing guidance and support while ensuring the highest level of customer experience at all times.
The role will involve dealing with a wide range of queries, and you will be using your excellent problem-solving skills to come to a quick resolution for the customer.
Profile
1. Previous customer service experience; this could be from a range of backgrounds such as retail and hospitality.
2. Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
3. Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
4. Good problem-solving skills.
5. Passionate about helping and supporting customers.
6. An excellent team player.
Job Offer
Salary of £26,000+ with a reputable business within the insurance sector.
