Part time/job share receptionist/legal secretary required for small family law practice.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet clients and provide them with refreshments when attending in reception.
2. Answer telephone enquiries and manage staff diaries, diverting calls to the appropriate member of staff.
3. Routine typing, photocopying, filing, and general office administration.
4. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
5. General office stock maintenance.
Required Skills:
1. Excellent customer and telephone manner.
2. Good diary management.
3. Excellent communication skills and a team player.
4. Experience in audio typing is desired, but full training will be given.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The chosen candidate will work 16 to 24 hours per week as a job share.
