Based in Preston, with hybrid working model; up to £45k
The ideal candidate would ideally have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the UK Life and Pensions market along with knowledge of UK legislation relevant to Life and Pensions.
As a key member of their organisation, you will play a crucial role in supporting and managing their new business operation, ensuring compliance and operational effectiveness while ensuring customer, adviser, and platform satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the operational support for the new business operation, including handling queries from advisers and platforms and facilitating relationship management meetings.
Identify and implement process improvements within the customer journey with the approval of the relevant governing bodies.
Ensure the correct onboarding process for new platform providers, incorporating due diligence and following procedures.
Maintain and update all marketing and sales aids, ensuring they are catalogued and filed appropriately.
Support adviser training by preparing packs and materials, and potentially delivering training sessions in the future.
