35 hours per week (8.30am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday, with one day each week ) Temporary 1st April 2025 - 31st March 2026 (maternity cover) The Role The Sales Administrator will join an established Sales team to ensure that excellent customer service and sales support is provided at all times. Key Duties will include: Sales Ensuring a high-level of customer service is delivered at all times. Processing orders and dealing with customer enquiries in an efficient and effective manner. Co-ordinating sales internally and liaising with sales staff. Assisting with forecasting customer orders to support production. Carrying out any other duties as necessary to ensure the smooth running of the function. Reception & Administration Meeting and greeting visitors. Answering telephone calls and re-directing internally as necessary. Ordering and distribution of stationary. General administration as necessary. To apply for this role, you must have: Essential Experience of a customer-services, sales order processing or administration environment. IT Literate with working knowledge of MS Office packages. Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative. Excellent organisational, time management and interpersonal skills. Desirable Previous experience of using ERP systems / Company-wide information systems.
