Location: Nottingham
Salary: up to £50,000 DOE
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week + on-call duties when required

We are hiring a passionate Registered Manager to open and lead our new two-bedded home in Nottingham, ideal for Deputy Managers ready to take on registration and make a difference.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Ofsted Registration: Ensure compliance and high standards.
* Develop Care Plans: Focus on safety, well-being, and growth.
* Build Your Team: Recruit, train, and manage a dedicated care team.
* Manage Operations: Oversee budgets, resources, and schedules.
* Collaborate Externally: Work with local authorities and agencies.
* Ensure Safeguarding: Maintain strong safeguarding practice.
* Experience: 1+ years with children with learning disabilities.
* Focus: Personalised support for independence and quality of life.
Qualifications
* Experience: 1+ years as Deputy/Registered Manager in children's residential care (last 5 years).
* Experience: Worked for at least 2 years in a position relevant to the residential care of children.
* Diploma: Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or in progress).
* Skills: Strong Ofsted knowledge, leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
