MFL Teacher – February 2025 Start | Durham An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate MFL teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Durham. Position: MFL Teacher Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 per annum (MPS/UPS) Contract: Full-Time Start Date: February 2025 The school is conveniently located with great transport links via the A1, A1(M), and A68, as well as public transport options for those commuting from the surrounding North East areas. Key Requirements: QTS or equivalent qualification Strong knowledge of the MFL curriculum, with a focus on at least one language Excellent classroom management and communication skills Enhanced DBS check required (must be registered with the Update Service) Two professional references Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging lessons to KS3 and KS4 students, adapting to varying ability levels Plan, assess, and mark lessons across all four language skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing Support student development both in and outside the classroom, including involvement in extracurricular activities Why Join Us?
