HOURS: Full time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, involving at least two days per week or 40% in the office.
We’re on an exciting journey to implement a new non-financial risk management model across the Group, empowering our teams to manage risks end-to-end.
This involves transforming how we handle risk management, creating a team of risk specialists to support our risk and control owners in delivering excellent customer outcomes.
About this opportunity:
We’re seeking a Manager Digital & Distribution to support the development of a dedicated compliance team that ensures adherence to regulatory requirements related to our digitisation strategy. We want someone with compliance expertise, innovative and proactive, who enjoys working with business leaders to develop new customer-centric opportunities.
What you'll be doing:
* Act as a Conduct & Compliance Risk manager, representing the organisation and building relationships with external regulators and bodies.
* Assist in measuring, monitoring, controlling, and reporting risks across the Group, providing independent challenge to risk decisions.
* Interpret new and existing regulations, assessing their impact on the Group.
* Help define control objectives for Conduct & Compliance Risks, ensuring business processes are compliant.
* Identify and track Key Risk Indicators and Key Control Indicators, reporting to senior management and the Board.
* Support risk and control owners in incident reporting, and implement corrective actions when needed.
