We are seeking an organised and proactive HR/Recruitment Administrator to support the HR team in delivering high-quality HR services across the Trust. This role will primarily focus on recruitment coordination, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR processes to ensure an efficient, customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities Include:
* Organising recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate communications, and pre-employment checks.
* Supporting onboarding processes and preparing New Starter Welcome Packs.
* Maintaining accurate employee records and the Single Central Record for each academy.
* Assisting with routine HR enquiries, updating HR documentation, and supporting payroll.
