Job summary Internal only An exiting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and compassionate ward manager to join our respiratory ward team. Kennet and Loddon are looking for a ward manger to cover maternity leave working alongside the existing joint respiratory unit manager. The ward manager will be responsible for providing clinical leadership. they will act as a role model demonstrating high levels of clinical expertise, managing and and delivering individual patient care. They will lead on ensuring patient safety and staff wellbeing. Kennet and Loddon is a 50 bedded acute medical ward specialising in care of patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions. Within the unit there is an 8 bedded respiratory support unit (RSU) providing higher level care for patients requiring respiratory support.
