Job Title: Administrative Assistant Location: Slough, UK - 3 days onsite in a week - Occasional visit at Cambridge required. Duration: 1 Year Contract Working days: Either Part time (3 days work) or Fulltime allowed (5 days work) Job Purpose: Maximum of 1 year experience required for this role.Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.Duties of the Administrative Assistant will include providing support to our Slough and Cambridge Facilities team during a period of contract change. Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.Write and distribute via email or other electronic means, Meeting minutes, Meeting actions, Meeting Agendas, General communications.Maintain an electronic filing system for Contract documents and information. Keeping the documents current, version controlled and maintained as part of the facilities team.Raise purchase orders in SAP Ariba system, monitor spend and Goods receipting, track costs and payments with electronic tracking e.g. xls.Maintain contact lists of the various suppliers.Provide general support to visitors, in particular suppliers visiting the site for reviews as part of the contract change.Other general administrations tasks as Identified. Skills :Top 3 must have skills IT skills: XLS/Word/TeamsLiteracy and Numeracy for tracking of payments and writing up of meeting minutes and actions.Personable: working with a variety of crossfunctional people and both Lonza and external contractors
