The Role: As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will: Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities. Work 1:1 or in small groups with students who need additional help. Assist with classroom management, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment. Provide support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) where required. Adapt to different school settings and year groups as needed. Foster a safe and encouraging atmosphere for students to thrive.
