Now, we want you to be a part of our journey as a Workshop Controller at our Volkswagen Dealership in Stoke.
Basic Salary: £26,000 to £30,000 with a £6,000 bonus on top.

Role And Responsibilities:
* Allocate work to Technicians ensuring work standards and time scales are always achieved.
* Liaise with Service Advisors when repairs are likely to take longer than previously agreed, ensuring the customer is kept up to date at all times.
* Ensure all work is completed in the allocated time to achieve high productivity within the workshop.
* Report and seek advice on any problems highlighted whilst work is being conducted so that these may be overcome, and the customer kept informed where delays result.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have relevant experience in the automotive industry, including previous workshop control or technician roles.
* Possess high levels of organisation and accuracy.
* Exhibit fantastic interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with customers and colleagues across departments.
* Have the ability to lead by example and motivate your team to achieve their targets and deliver a high standard of work.
