About the role:
Join them as a Registered Manager and take the lead in our dedicated Ipswich Care service. With over a century of experience in supporting individuals, they are on a journey to provide exceptional care tailored to the needs of adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations while playing a pivotal part in empowering disabled people, fostering independence, and promoting social inclusion.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Oversee the supported living services for 8 adults, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care.
* Inspire, motivate, and lead a diverse team, promoting a culture of excellence and adherence to regulations and best practises.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain our Outstanding CQC rating, and implementing strategies for service growth.
* Ensure all activities comply with CQC regulatory requirements and internal policies.
* Cultivate positive relationships with service users, families, and external partners to enhance service delivery and support.
About you:
They are seeking a dynamic and passionate Registered Manager who possesses a proven track record in managing services for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. The ideal candidate will have inspiring leadership abilities that drive team performance, a comprehensive understanding of CQC requirements and best practises in care, and excellent interpersonal skills to foster relationships and provide calm, effective leadership in all situations. A Level 5 NVQ in Leadership and Management in Adult Health and Social Care or equivalent is required.
