A great opportunity has arisen for a Mortgage Administrator to join our mortgage brokerage team based in central Horsham, West Sussex.
Impact Specialist Finance is an expert in specialist mortgage lending, meaning we can help almost anyone, from borrowers with poor credit who have struggled on the high street to portfolio landlords looking to expand and maximise their property businesses.
Working in a vibrant, friendly, and professional team, you will be responsible for supporting our mortgage brokers in their day-to-day activities, including liaising with clients, lenders, and solicitors.
The position would suit an experienced administrator with client service skills, keen attention to detail, and a strong background in customer service.
Duties will include:
1. Handling emails and telephone enquiries
2. Liaising with clients, lenders and solicitors to facilitate the mortgage process
3. Keeping client cases up to date and accurate
4. Providing documentation to lenders, advisers, and customers in a timely manner
5. Ensuring compliance with money laundering regulations
6. Filing client correspondence and relevant documentation
7. Managing your workload efficiently to meet deadlines and client expectations

Key Requirements:
1. 3+ years of experience as an administrator
2. Preferably, experience in the mortgage or financial services sector
3. A professional telephone manner
4. Good communication skills, both verbal and written
5. Organised, self-motivated, and a team player

7. Numerate and detail-oriented
8. Great customer service skills
