This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to define our vision and strategy, inspiring action and delivering change.The role requires a truly collaborative approach, working closely with our Evidence, Policy and Influencing teams. It also offers significant opportunities to engage with teams across the organisation, including External Relations, Fundraising, Marketing and Brand, to help mobilise audiences and amplify our campaigning efforts.This is a remote-based role, leading a passionate team of officers working from home across the UK. You’ll be part of a highly skilled and supportive management team within the Evidence, Policy and Influencing directorate, reporting to the Programme Lead for Make Dementia a Priority. We’re looking for someone who is: Highly strategic in planning, aligning public-facing campaigns with organisational policy objectives. Skilled at shaping and delivering integrated online and offline campaign strategies in collaboration with teams across the organisation. Experienced in deploying campaigners at the right time, using the right tactics to achieve maximum influence. Adept at monitoring the effectiveness of campaigning activity and its impact on policy and influencing goals. Comfortable working cross-organisationally to mobilise wider audiences in support of our policy priorities. A confident and inclusive leader, capable of managing a high-performing team with a focus on development and well-being. Intuitive about when to activate mass audiences and which tactics to use for different audiences and moments. Adaptable to a fast-changing external landscape, with the ability to pivot campaign direction when needed. Skilled in creating collaborative, impact-focused campaigns and leading integrated, whole-organisation campaign messaging.
