A bit about the job:
As a Marketing Executive within our General Insurance Go To Market team, you will play a key role in collaborating with the Campaign Manager to define, execute, and evaluate customer-centric marketing campaigns that align with our customer, business and brand goals. You’ll work closely with a wide range of teams—including the Marketing Centre’s of Excellence, Data, Digital, and external agencies—to develop plans, coordinate campaign delivery, and assess effectiveness. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to make a tangible impact through large, multi-channel campaigns.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
1. Experience in end-to-end marketing campaign delivery, with a proven track record of personal ownership.
2. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritising tasks.
3. Strong stakeholder, project management skills and familiarity with marketing measurement tools and experience in assessing campaign performance.
4. Self-starter with strong task ownership and the ability to balance short- and long-term priorities.
5. A creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for customer-centric marketing.

* Salary – London £35,000-£40,000 / National £30,000-£35,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
