The post holder will need current accreditation with the BABCP and evidence of working with clients presenting with complex relational needs.
Main duties of the job
1. To deliver CBT to individuals who are experiencing emotional distress through the application of knowledge and skills in assessment and intervention acquired through training, ongoing CPD and experience.
2. To co-facilitate cognitive-behavioural group interventions with support from other psychological staff. And to evaluate effectiveness accordingly.
3. To provide supervision to junior staff including psychological well-being practitioners and assistant psychologists.
