As a Health & Social Care Tutor you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will encompass inspiring and mentoring students in the fundamental principles and practices of health and social care. From developing comprehensive lesson plans covering crucial areas such as professional development, championing diversity and equality, and risk assessment; to facilitating hands-on learning experiences that prepare students for the challenges of the healthcare field, you will contribute to the holistic development of individuals entering this vital profession. Fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment, your role extends beyond imparting knowledge, encouraging critical thinking and empathy essential for delivering compassionate healthcare. The successful candidate will deliver up to Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the Health & Social Care Industry; and possess the motivation and commitment to see our students succeed on their programme of study. Ideally, they will have good mentoring skills and sound knowledge of working with awarding bodies and delivering qualifications.
