The Role
The Property Portfolio Manager will play a crucial role in managing the company's real estate and facilities.
4. Support the selection, evaluation, and management of office spaces
5. Develop and maintain a diary for lease events
6. Contribute to real estate strategy and transaction analysis
7. Collaborate with senior leadership and external consultants
8. Manage capital projects, ensuring high standards and compliance
9. Support sustainability initiatives and risk management
10. Oversee budget management and supplier contracts
The Candidate
The ideal candidate for the Property Portfolio Manager role will possess the following:
11. Strong ability to balance operational delivery with strategic planning
12. Excellent relationship management and communication skills
13. Proficiency in data management and attention to detail
14. Experience in facilities and real estate business planning
15. RICS qualification and a degree in Real Estate or Business Management
16. APM certification is desirable
