You will work collaboratively with Merseycare Mental Health Team, Change Grow Live (recovery staff), and HMPPS staff to ensure the best possible care is provided to the patients., As a Registered Nurse, your role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities such as:
· Supporting multi-disciplinary team's such as:
o Diabetic retinopathy screening
o AAA screening
o Ultrasounds and X-Rays
· Medication rounds and dispensing
· Emergency response situations
· Patient assessments
· Nurse-led clinics, such as:
o NHS Health Checks
o Immunisations and Vaccinations
o NHS Bowel Screening
o Phlebotomy clinics
o Wound and Tissue Viability assessments.
· Assessing new patients who have just arrived at the establishment for the first time.
· Complete clinical assessments
· Triaging the acutely unwell patients
