About the Role
To support the growth of our semi-liquid investment programs within the private wealth space, we are hiring an Investor Onboarding Analyst for the Investor Services team. This role will focus on ensuring a seamless investor experience, managing operational processes, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support our semi-liquid product offerings tailored for high-net-worth investors.

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate the investor onboarding process, including reviewing subscription agreements, AML/KYC documentation, and tax or regulatory forms specific to semi-liquid structures.
Capture and maintain investor data throughout onboarding and lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with private wealth operational needs.
Respond to investor inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, focusing on delivering a best-in-class client experience for high-net-worth and private wealth clients.
