Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic customer care initiatives. Drive continuous improvement projects that enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency. Champion health, safety, and environmental policies while fostering a "safety-first" culture. Regularly engage with internal teams to relay customer feedback and improve product offerings. Oversee the use of Salesforce CRM for managing customer interactions and warranty tracking. The Person: A higher education degree in a technical discipline with at least 5 years of customer care experience. Strong technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Proven leadership experience with a hands-on approach, willing to “roll up sleeves” when needed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service ethos. Experience with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office applications. Willingness to travel internationally as required. Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
