Meridian Business Support are proud to be working on behalf of a major pharmaceutical company based in Newbury. They are looking for a Pharmacy Manager to lead a team of pharmacists and counter staff.

Salary: £48 - £52K per annum

The role
As a Pharmacy Manager, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on others' lives. Whether you're supporting pharmacists, providing top-notch services to customers, or fostering community spirit, your work will touch the lives of hundreds of people every day.
You will be responsible for:
1. Supplying prescriptions, delivering a range of NHS and Private services, and providing healthcare advice to customers.
2. Playing an active role in our charities support program, giving advice to people in the community at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
3. Leading, training, and developing colleagues.
4. Using a planning system to ensure pharmacy staff are available, so we're always there to meet our customers' needs.
You will need:
1. A Pharmacy Degree.
2. A passion for leading and empowering a team.
3. Membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and willingness to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups.
4. Completion of a DBS check (organised by the client) before employment.
