3. Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
4. Handle sensitive employee data with utmost confidentiality.
5. Assist in coordinating HR projects and meetings.
6. Facilitate employee engagement initiatives.
7. Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
8. Contribute to the development of HR procedures and policies.
9. Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and job postings.
10. Assist with employee onboarding and training.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Assistant should have:
11. A keen interest in Human Resources and a relevant degree or certification.
12. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
14. Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
