Implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) under the guidance of classroom teachers. Cultivate a nurturing environment to boost student engagement and participation. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver holistic education and care. What They're Looking For: Experience with children with special educational needs is a plus, but not essential. Ability to handle and positively respond to challenging behaviour. Willingness to provide personal care as required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation due to the school's location and off-site activities. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
