Gas Service & Repair Engineer - SE/ SW We are seeking an experienced Gas Engineer to conduct services and repairs on domestic gas appliances within social housing in the South London area. You will enjoy the convenience of a company van and fuel card, and benefit from a supportive work environment that values excellence and professional growth. Responsibilities: Service and repair domestic gas appliances and boilers Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal operation Maintain and monitor the supply, stock, and use of materials Participate in an ‘out of hours’ service rota (every 1 in 4 weeks) Act as a liaison between residents and internal teams to promptly resolve any property-related issues Report any non-compliance or process failures to management Skills and Experience Required: Previous experience as a gas engineer (minumum of 5 years) Excellent customer service skills Essential qualifications: CCN1, CKR1, HTR1 and CENWAT Experience in social housing (at least 2-3 years) Benefits: 20 days holiday plus bank holidays Company van and fuel card provided Analyser, uniform, phone, and PPE supplied Company pension scheme Ongoing training and support If you are a skilled Gas Engineer looking for a role that combines professional development with quality service delivery, we would love to hear from you.
