Nursing Home Manager
Salary: Up to £80,000 + Bonus
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and compassionate Nursing Home Manager to join a well-established, medium-sized nursing home located in the Warrington area. This home is dedicated to delivering the highest standards of care in a warm and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daily management of the nursing home, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care.
2. Lead and motivate a dedicated team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
3. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation.
4. Develop and implement effective care plans, maintaining a focus on residents' wellbeing and dignity.
5. Manage budgets and resources efficiently, driving operational performance.
6. Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a managerial role within a care home or similar setting.
2. RGN qualification is desirable but not essential.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards and best practices in care delivery.
5. Passion for providing exceptional care and enhancing residents' quality of life.
